I approached Arul sir through my dad''s friend''s suggestion. At beginning I was hesitant to get a consultation itself in first place as so far no one had given properly. But right from the moment I approached Arul sir he was absolutely professional and gave my time and advice on how his consultation work. I liked the idea of the process and enrolled. The introductory session + personality & aptitude test + final session all were structured. Arul sir not only analysed the test or the introductory meeting notes but also he understood my career needs, my path, my branch and did his own study and reached out to his known ones in that field to get back to me for the final session. He gave me a proper feedback and suggestions. He didn''t force me to follow his suggestions rather convinced me that I am on the right track and offered his opinions and suggestions in clear manner. He also followed up with me later and asked me to update on my choices. Thanks to Arul sir for your service.

Arul Sir is my dad''s friend and we approached him to have a better understanding of his personality and strengths to choose the right carreer paths according to his interests and skills. We first had an informal session with him and he tried to understand his personality and interests through a set of questions separately with him as well as us. After my son took the test, he explained on the results very patiently and asked about our opinion and my son''s and how far we found it accurate to our actual understanding about him. He also explained on his strength and weakness and what factors will be changed and unchanged in future perspective. Overall he gave optimistic and honest suggestions and offered future help once we discuss and finalize the career options to suggest for good universities. I would strongly suggest his career counseling session for parents and students who want to get a clarity on the right path to choose.

We had approached Arul for guidance for our son who was stepping into higher secondary. As with most parents we were both anxious and curious to know our son’s strength areas and those that he needs improvement. From the start, Arul’s approach was very professional but with a consistent personal touch. Our son opened up very easily with Arul and we got a complete 360 view of our son’s persona along with great guidance on the options forward. Throughout the sessions Arul was non-judgmental and extremely patient, and could easily connect to the level of a teen who otherwise is very shy and rigid to speak out. I would recommend Arul’s counseling sessions for anyone looking for clarity and guidance for themselves or their dear ones. We are more than convinced to now take this up for our daughter with him and also revisit this process periodically to assess our kids’ development.
