Sunshine Couseling Center was established in 2017, by Ms. Niyati Sanghavi, with the aim of providing mental health services to people of all age groups. We aim at providing a safe place where individuals are free to explore themselves in a non-demanding, non-judgmental atmosphere and examine their emotional needs, blocks and solutions to their difficulties which generalizes to most other stressful situations in the present and in the future.

We provide personalized psychological and therapeutic services like Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Premarital and Marital Counseling and Child Counseling along with psycho-educational assessment like IQ assessment, Career Guidance to students and professionals, Remedial Education and Workshops based on Mental Health awareness and Life skills. 

Our vision is to make mental health services accessible to all through both offline and online medium.

Our goal is to setup a complete mental health center providing all services under one roof and catering to people from every walk of life.

Ms. Niyati Sanghavi is a Counseling Psychologist, Proprietor and Remedial Educator at Sunshine Counseling Center. She was practicing as School Counselor and Remedial Educator at Nalanda Learning Facilitation Programme from June 2019-June 2023. She was appointed as Counselor for “Online Counsellors workshop on National Career Service portal management & Career Counselling” organised by National Institute for Career Service and Directorate General of Employment Ministry of Labour & Employment (GOI) (2022). She was also a part-time lecturer at Sophia College for Women, Mumbai from July 2023-January 2024. She was invited as a speaker for her expertise on the topic "Specific Learning Disablities" on the panel for a National Level conference titled "Beyond the Spectrum: Celebrating Neurodiversity" organised by Sophia College for Women (Autonomous) under the aegis of RUSA in September 2024. She is adept at conducting personality assessments, psychometric evaluations, workshops and structured psychotherapies. Her expertise lies in effectively handling populations like adults, children with special needs (Learning Difficulties), adolescents, parents and teachers. 

She has completed Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from K.C College, Mumbai in 2014, Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from S.N.D.T Womens University, Mumbai in 2016 and Bachelors of Education in Psychology from Singhania University, Jaipur in 2024. She has life membership of Counsellors Council of India and Bharatiya Counselling Psychology Association.
